​                        Adult Literacy Tutors​

Adult Literacy has a new coordinator, Cheryl Berg. If you have any questions for her please call the library at (209) 966-2140 ext. 0 during open hours.
We Need YOU: Literacy Volunteers
The Mariposa County Library is looking for people who would like to share their love of reading and make a difference in someone’s life by volunteering as tutors in the Mariposa County Library adult literacy program in Mariposa, El Portal and North County.  Math and computer tutors are also being sought.
Tutors must be 18 years old or older; be English speaking; have graduated from high school or earned a GED; and read at a 12th grade level or higher.
