Magazines
All branches in the Mariposa County Library system subscribe to magazines, shelved by section for general interest, business, parents, teens, and children. Call or visit a branch library for titles in each collection. Current issues can be read in the library and back issues can be checked out.
Newspapers
The main library subscribes to several national and regional daily newspapers. Issues of these newspapers are kept for reading in the library for about a week.
Issues of the local Mariposa Gazette newspaper are kept at the main library for about five years. Ask at front desk of the main libary to access microfilm copies of the Mariposa Gazette from 1854 forward.
Online articles from nationwide newspapers and magazines are accessible with a valid Mariposa County Library card.
